Book A Room With Us:

Cancellation Policy:   We require payment / deposit of 30%. Reservations are only confirmed when Payment / Deposit is Received. Full Payment is required 30 days before arrival.  

Deposits are non-refundable. Once booking is confirmed there will be a $25.00 USD charge per room for each change. Full refund less $50.00 USD handling charge per room will be granted if cancellation is received no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 Days or upon Arrival - checkouts: No refund or no change allowed or cancellations allowed. Cancellation or changes not allowed between December 15 - December 31, January 1 - 31, Easter Holidays, or Lobster Fest Weekend.
